Shipping And Returns

 DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders will be processed only after payment has been received. All orders made on our website will be delivered by the third party courier within 2-4 working days (for standard delivery). 

Do expect slight delays (up to 7 working days) during high volume seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas etc.

You will receive an email/ SMS once your order is on the way! Once your order is shipped, you can track your orders here

We currently only deliver within Singapore and each delivery is to a single location. However, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, outlying islands (Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, St. John’s Island etc), hotel rooms (only to hotel lobbies), army camps, prisons, check points and ports (airbase, airports, shipyards etc.). If you would like to check if your location is a restricted area, please email us at hello@chipthrill.com.sg

Self-collection is currently unavailable. 

RATES

We offer free delivery for orders above $50.

For orders less than $50, a flat rate of $6 delivery charge will apply. We work with a third party courier, J&T Express, therefore our delivery time frame is between 2 - 4 working days. We are unable to guarantee delivery on specific dates requested. We are only able to arrange for a range of dates as close as possible to your requested date :)

For specific date delivery, there is a flat delivery fee of $15. Please select this option at checkout and drop us an email at orders@chipthrill.com.sg to inform us of the date! In the event that the delivery address is wrong, redelivery charges of $15/location applies.

If you did not receive your order, please contact us at orders@chipthrill.com.sg and we will investigate. Please note that extra charges will be incurred if the recipient misses the delivery or if the address provided is not accurate.

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

We do not allow for refunds or exchanges for change of mind or errors you have made in your order.

If there are any incorrect or damaged items in your order, please reach out to us at orders@chipthrill.com.sg with a photo of the items within 5 days from receipt and we will look into it for you right away!

We will make arrangements for the necessary returns, refund or exchange.
