Chip Thrill is Singapore’s first online craft chips store. This is where you can discover and taste an eclectic range of top-quality chips from small batch producers and artisanal brands from all around the world. We seek the thrill of constantly finding uncharted flavours and brands in the world of chips and bringing them to your fingertips, literally.
We work with small-batch and artisanal producers from all around the world. They can range from farmers to chefs, to people who simply want to make this world a better, more sustainable and healthier place.
Long story short, craft chips are made with purpose, love and dedication to quality over quantity.
Why are you storing it in the first place? I would have expected it all to be devoured once you’ve received it!
Jokes aside, just store them in a cool and dry environment.
Best Before Date (BBD) is for food with a longer shelf life, just like chips!
Unlike "Use By" dates, which tells us when it is unadvisable to consume highly perishable items, "Best Before" Dates indicate how long a food will be at its best quality.
The safety of the chips is also dependent on other factors such as the way it is stored and whether the packaging is sealed properly.
We do highly recommend that you consume the chips before their BBD so that you can enjoy it at its very best :)

The Best Before Date (BBD) for all chips will be stated clearly on the packaging itself. We highly recommend that you consume the chips before the BBD because we want you to savour the chips when its at its peak quality! Please read above question to understand more about Best Before Dates.
We guarantee a BBD of 30 days from date of delivery, unless stated otherwise.
Chip Thrill works mostly with small-batch producers who may not mass produce their chips. These producers want their chips to be at their freshest and best quality when the consumer takes the first bite, so they tend to put an earlier BBD on their chips.
Many of our producers also do not add any form of preservatives or additives to their chips. Isn't that even better than having a super long shelf life? :)
Not all our chips are Halal-certified as we source from all over the world. However, we do carry chips that are halal certified. You can find them here!
In addition, you will be able to find the ingredients list of each and every product on the individual product pages.
After you have checked out and successfully made payment, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order.
If you did not receive the email, it may have gone into your spam/junk folder. Otherwise, please reach out to us immediately at email@example.com or drop us a message over Instagram or Facebook.
Yes! If there are items that are unavailable but coming soon on the site, they will be stated on the product page. You can choose to place an order first and we will fulfil it once the item(s) have arrived.
Do note that if you are purchasing both pre-order items and in-stock items, your order will only be processed for delivery after all items are in-stock.
We will not arrange for partial deliveries. If you would like for them in-stock items to be delivered first, please place separate orders.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order after payment has been made! Don't worry, our chips are fun and tasty and will brighten up your day! :)
If you need to make a change, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org together with your order number as soon as you can. We will try to accommodate as long as the orders are not packed and sealed yet.
There could be 2 reasons.
1) We have a few brands of healthy chips which are completely non-fried. These would feel a lot less crispier than what you may be used to.
2) If you've travelled back to Singapore from a vacation with chips in your luggage before, you'd know that sometimes chips may not travel well. As our bags of chips are all imported, there could have been little holes punctured in them which the packing team may not have been able to see.
In either case, do reach out to us right away, best with a video or photo, and we would be able advise further! For 2), we will most definitely give you either a refund or replacement :)
As each order only allow for 1 delivery address, it is recommended that you place a different order for each of your recipients. You can then input their individual delivery address at check-out.

You can refer to the “What’s in it?” section on the product page itself to get a sense of the number of bags of chips as well as the size of chips that you will be getting for each gift box. Rest assured that it will be made up of different types and flavours!
Because our chips come in different shapes and sizes (don’t we all?), there is a limit to how we can fit the different combinations of chips in our boxes. Therefore, we have to curate and select the chips on your behalf :)
If you wish to select your own chips, you can certainly do so! We will just pack them in our Chip Thrill box rather than in the gift boxes.
Yes! We put these craft chips on rotation and are also constantly bringing in new chips from different countries! Because our purpose in life is to keep things THRILLING for all of you.
At the cart page, you will be able to leave a message for the recipient of your gift.
Do note that seasonal boxes such as the Merry Chip-mas Gift Box does not allow for customised messages as we already have a special greeting card included. We will personalise it on your behalf with the recipient’s name and sign off with the purchaser’s name.
Please leave your contact number at checkout so that our courier partner does not ruin the surprise for you by calling the recipient prior to delivery.
However, do note that our courier partner may call you if they face any difficulties in getting your gift successfully delivered.
BULK/CORPORATE/ WHOLESALE ORDERS
We accept major credit or debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and more. You may also make payment via express payment methods like Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We strictly do not allow refunds or exchanges for change of mind or errors you have made in your order.
If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to make changes to the delivery address.
However, you can write to us at email@example.com together with your order number so that we can check on the status and advise if any change is possible. We will do our best to accommodate your change request where possible, and we seek your understanding should the option not be available.
No, all orders from the website will be delivered right to your doorstep.
You will receive an email/ SMS once your order is on the way! Once your order is shipped, you can track your orders at https://www.jtexpress.sg/trackmyparcel.
We are able to deliver to locations within the main island of Singapore (including Sentosa Island).
However, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, outlying islands (Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, St. John’s Island etc), hotel rooms (only to hotel lobbies), army camps, prisons, check points and ports (airbase, airports, shipyards etc.). If you would like to check if your location is a restricted area, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We currently only deliver within the main island of Singapore (including Sentosa Island).
