I have not seen or heard of sorghum prior to encountering it on the website, so I read the story above and did a little more digging on my part (it really matters what we put in our body especially while snacking!)
Turns out that sorghum has so many wonderful health benefits - the greatest has got to be that it has loads of fibre and really help in digestion. Something I did not expect coming from such a tasty snack!
